Annette Chapman of the Lincoln-Logan County Chamber of Commerce asked the Logan County Board’s airport committee Monday for permission to hold a remote control airplane demonstration at the Logan County airport on the Saturday of the 20th annual Lincoln Art & Balloon Festival.
