Napa County extends hot air balloon flights two more years (San Jose Mercury News)

Author: Hot air balloons will continue soaring above Napa County for at least another two years. The Napa County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday extended for that time period the ordinance that permits the balloon launches from private property in the unincorporated areas of the county.
